Ok, so I'm really bad at planning new year's resolutions, so sometimes when the year starts and opportunities come up then I decide to make whatever it is a resolution. This is the case for last night. Russ and I went to work to use the copier/scanner to email ourselves this song that we want to learn (King's Singers: Goodnight, My Angel) and on the way home it was freezing so I stopped at the Sevs to get some hot chocolate. (ps they have really good hot chocolate) As I was getting out of my car a young man stopped me and asked if he could have a ride down to 5900 south (about 2 miles) and I told him that would be fine but that I was going to go get some hot chocolate first. So he waited for me outside and I drove him to what I imagine was his house and didn't even get mugged or anything. So that became resolution #2: help a stranger in some inconvenient way.
I always hesitate blogging two days in a row because people tend to only see the first one, so if you are reading this and haven't read my blog from yesterday you should check it out. I guess I'll have to wait to see what adventures come my way tomorrow.

That's a great idea.
But I'm thinking you wouldn't have liked it as much if he had just gotten in your car and expected you to drive him home. You know, like a democrat.
