30 hours later

Ugh, it's been so long since I've blogged. I've meant to, honest. School has kept me pretty busy. I've now been to class 6 times and I've studied a total of around 30 hours. For those not so good at the math that's 5 hours of studying to prepare for EACH DAY of class! I've read a whole book already and need to start another one this weekend. *sigh* Worse yet, I haven't really learned much at therapy lately, at least nothing I would feel needs to be shared. Just more of the same.
I've really been enjoying the BOM this time through. I really loved Jacob. It really spoke to me this time through. How is everyone else doing with reading? I think I sang hymn 127 yesterday so at 1 per day that's over 4 months in a row. I wish I had exciting news. Oh, I did get to bless the sacrament on Sunday and my home teacher told me afterwards that he got warm fuzzies, he's seriously the best home teacher I've ever had or could ever hope to have. What a great guy. I tried to step my home teaching up a notch and they got rid of all my people and gave me a new companion and a new list *sigh* I was just getting to know those girls. That's all for today I guess. Sorry it was so short and not very inspiring or anything. I wish I had something funny to say too, but I guess that will have to wait till next time. Peace out.

Ok, so I was on the Palmer blog and looking at the list of blogs on the side. You know, the ones where it says when the blog was last updated. And I saw the title of your post and couldn't figure out for the life of me how your blog was updated "30 hours later!" Ah well...

Sorry school is so sucky. AND that they changed your home teaching people. That's tough. Maybe it will end up being a good thing, though.

Congrats on passing the sacrament! That's awesome! You're doing so great. Even reading the scriptures...I've been such a slacker lately! I need to start reading again. Thanks for the inspiration!

Since when did a Palmer have to study?

I'm reading in the book of Mosiah and really loving it. I finished reading about Abinadi and now Alma and how they all escape but I'm always impressed with the fact that the Lord makes them wait a little while so that they will know for certain that it was a blessing from him and not just a coincidence or something. I think that finally the scriptures are really becoming sweet to me - I'm always anxious to read at night even if it's midnight before I get to bed. I didn't know if that would ever happen for me. One day I might read something other than the BOM but for now it's soo sweet. Have a great day. Don't lose your focus. Every week can't be 'the best week ever.'

Rob,
I like that you can say peace out cause it is a great sign off that I can't pull off. Peace out see doesn't work for me. Maybe something like way to go jelly bean? Sound like something at girls camp, not that I would know! Well anyway, congrats with the studies, remember books are our friends. Funny how Jacob is Nephi's baby brother, and only brother that really got to address the people at all. Well again... Whoopie! Maybe that will be my sign off...whoopie

Ha! Everyone belives that this is a Misty comment, but really is it? Would Misty really puncuate and be this articulate? HMMM... or could it be Dave accidently logged into Misty's account because he really can't nav the net. Well whoopie! ...I don't think whoopie will catch on as much.
